The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained and equipped with a great breakfast, fresh linens plus a nice Manhattan view as described. Remote location of this low cost hotel was a bonus.

Comfy and absolutely perfect location not far from New York for sightseeing and Queens and the subway station which was a huge plus to get in-and-out of the city, and private parking. Highly courteous and caring staff 

Comfortable location adjacent to subways and south central park for one night. A lot of food for a continental breakfast.

We only slept at the queen room with view, but liked it. The hotel had a remote setting in the event we have to stay in NYC again.

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, in a commercial neighborhood that is in transition. I randomly popped in Packard Cafe and Grill serving some pastries, located not too far away from the hotel, it was nice. The food at continental breakfast 

The hotel offers new-fashioned and compact rooms with a nice Manhattan view and good beds and all necessary facilities, I am very pleased about that...

Convenient location near public transportation, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, reasonable price, great city view from upper level room.

Good value for the money. Room was clean and beds OK. Good subway connections to JFK and Manhattan. The hotel had obviously read these comments, because the orange juice was certainly 

The room was clean and good enough for money I paid for it. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is not bad, 5-10min from midtown, manhattan and 2min walk from the subway station.

Internet is really slow, I couldn't even use it for more than 10 min. Breakfast lounge had only few tables, not everyone can sit and enjoy their meals. Selection was very limited as well. and most importantly, the hotel is located in very unpleasant neighborhood. If you are a lady travelling alone, do not even think about staying in this hotel!!!!

Great price and location! Friendly staff, early check-in allowed due to illness. Fresh towels left if room not cleaned. Close to subway, ample parking. Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

There was not enough room for breakfast, it got extremely busy as there was a limited amount of tables and chairs.
